Model Workshop

The model workshop in Nové Město nad Metují specializes in the production of small models made of wood and plastic. It performs minor repairs and modifications of model equipment, produces gating systems, and also ensures the production of wooden spacers and wedges for the safe storage of castings. Part of the work also involves measuring and restoring model coatings, as well as preparing aluminum frames for machine molding.

Core Shop

In the core shop, we use a 15-liter core-making machine with cold box technology from GIFOS, which allows for fast and efficient production of precise cores. Thanks to a small mixture preparation area, we can ensure the optimal quality of the mixture for core production. The cold box technology is advantageous due to its flexibility, high precision, and cost optimization. This technology enables the creation of high-quality cores with accurate shapes, which is crucial for the production of complex castings. Our model workshop and core shop are key components of the production process, allowing us to respond flexibly and efficiently to customer needs, thus ensuring the production of high-quality castings.
